The RCSI/COSECSA collaboration is a long-term partnership that aims to train and retain more surgeons in sub-Saharan Africa and make better surgery available to more patients. ESTHER Ireland Is Hosting the General Secretariat of ESTHER Alliance for Global Health Partnerships
From November 2019, Germany handed over its role of Secretariat of the Esther Alliance in Europe to Ireland. This move involves expanding the role of the Irish Global Health Network, as it already hosts the ESTHER Ireland Secretariat.
